INTERRAILING: NOT JUST FOR GAP YEARS

When I first heard of InterRailing (or EuRail for those from outside Europe), there were unwelcome flashes of sweaty summers, rucksacks filled with bags of wrinkled underwear and t-shirts and slumming it in low-tier hostel with no Wi-Fi – don’t get me wrong, that can be an extremely enlightening and soul-searching experience, but it’s not exactly the relaxing getaway my metropolitan heart desperately needs.
