The lack of sustainability in fashion is a massive issue and it’s high time we started to do something about it. The concept of sustainable fashion isn’t new, but like almost all movements, it’s been co-opted as just another marketing tool in the cogs of consumerism.
We can’t all afford to spend £150 on a pair of jeans, but what we can do is implement a few practical, easy steps into our shopping routines.
Wow, first year is over! It’s been a busy experience and while I haven’t necessarily experienced enlightenment, I’ve seen how my personality has developed for the better. While I did do a lot of research about what to expect, there were some things I had to learn for myself.

I’ve always struggled with successfully relaxing and easing stress, so I carried out a little investigation where I meditated every day, for a week, and recorded how I felt during the process.

When I finally became a university student, I was determined not to be another student stereotype (can’t cook, always broke, never sober etc.). My university experience was going to be me at my best, on top of my grades and flourishing like a pineapple in the tropics (good vibes and all that).
